The 11^th and Idaho building is a 191,000 sqft Class A office building in Boise, ID. The building offers four floors of office space, each spanning about 20,000 sqft. The large windows on all sides of the building create a bright and spacious atmosphere and showcase panoramic views of the Boise skyline and the surrounding mountains. ATS provided the facility with an Alerton Compass building management system and integrated the VRF system, as well as exhaust fans and refrigerant monitoring.
