Completed in 2017, this four-story 154,000 sqft facility provides teaching and research space for Colorado State University’s biology department. Building features include research and teaching labs, faculty offices, classrooms, and study rooms. The ATS-provided building automation system supports control of the air handling units, heat recovery units, chilled water system, steam, and heating water system, zone boxes, and lab exhaust system
