Customized Ongoing Facility Analytics & Commissioning
ATS’s flagship energy service, facilityCARE, leverages advanced analytics and FDD to proactively identify energy waste and system inefficiencies. It utilizes automated notifications, custom analytic rules, and analysis by an ATS Building Performance Engineer. This ongoing commissioning platform features a library of analytic rules that distill data for operators, avoiding the need to sift through alarms, graphs, and trends from multiple automation systems. facilityCARE continuously improves, offering customizable rule sets, data visualizations, and algorithms tailored to your facility’s needs.

Ongoing Commissioning & Engineering Support
facilityACXE provides automated ongoing commissioning for common mechanical equipment and terminal units like AHUs, RTUs, and VAV boxes. This service combines ongoing analytics with dedicated ATS technician time to make onsite adjustments, ensuring peak efficiency and improved system performance.

Automated Performance Testing & Review
ATS facilityZone is an automated service that performs zone-level functional performance reviews on mechanical equipment, such as VAVs, fan coil units, heat pumps, and chilled beams. This service uses heating and cooling scenarios to analyze zone-level equipment, verifying optimal operation. An ATS technician is also available onsite to investigate issues and recommend corrective actions as needed.
